Damn it! You Call This Beast Taming?

Chapter 118 - A World of Frost

Chapter 118: A World of Frost

This move split Lawrence’s body into two halves. He could no longer feel his lower body, and his body slowly fell. He lost his balance in the world of frost.

Looking at Geer, Lawrence found everything unbelievable. He did not expect Geer to have been able to break his move so easily. Absolute zero was his strongest move.

Back then, the totem level dragon of the Frost Dragon tribe had used this skill to instantly destroy the space of a foreign tribe.

Immediately after, Lawrence was teleported out.

The dragons in the audience were all shocked. They could not believe what they were seeing. Geer had really exceeded their expectations.

“The dragon whelp competition this time is even more exciting than before.”

“This Azure Dragon is simply heaven-defying. He’s definitely a dark horse.”

“I’m from the Azure Dragon tribe, but I’ve never heard that we have such a powerful dragon whelp.”

...

Staring at the battlefield above, Chu Feng’s gaze was burning. He saw Cairns from the Ancient Desolate Dragon tribe. Right now, the dragon was swimming in the lava in the volcano.

Then, Geer appeared in mid-air and looked at Cairns below.

“Awoo!” Geer roared as if to notify Cairns that he had come.

Cairns was also very surprised because he hadn’t noticed Geer’s arrival at all. Then, he said in surprise, “Space-type?”

Cairns quickly denied this idea. Geer did not look like a space-type dragon. After all, space-type dragons had obvious characteristics, but Geer did not have any of those characteristics.

Usually, dragons could be divided into three forms, which were the Eastern Dragons, Western Dragons, and Dinosaur Dragons. The difference between the Western Dragons and the Dinosaur Dragons was that the former had wings while the latter did not.

Eastern Dragons were more special and were easier to judge by appearances. Geer was a standard Eastern Dragon. Each of the dragon scales on his slender body seemed to have infinite power. There were also the Azure Dragons that were in the form of Western Dragons.

Cairns looked at Geer and felt disappointed when he realized that Geer was only at the commander-level ten. Then, he continued to swim in the lava, as if he did not think much of Geer at all.

“You should go. You are not my match,” Cairns felt that he could crush Geer to death with one hand. If he took the initiative to attack Geer, who was only at the commander level ten, it would affect everyone’s opinion of him. It was better to let other dragons do such things.

However, Geer did not move at all. He just continued to stare at Cairns, and it was quite obvious that he just wanted to fight with the other party.

“You want to fight me?” Cairns said slowly. To which he saw Geer nod. Seeing that Geer was so persistent and refused to leave, Cairns had no choice but to fight. Either way, this would not affect his image in everyone’s eyes since the other party had insisted.

“Are you sure? I will not show mercy. However, I should not be able to kill you since the referees will teleport you out before you die,” Cairns was still swimming in the magma.

Then, he was too lazy to say anymore. Facing an opponent who was only at the commander level 10, there was no pressure at all. With that, a powerful aura gushed out. The desolate aura was very strong. Cairns was very confident in himself. His strength now was already several times his original strength.

Then, Cairns disappeared in an instant. The next moment, his body flashed to appear beside Geer. With a twist of his waist, his dragon tail which contained powerful strength struck at Geer.

Cairns smiled malevolently as he wore an expression as if he had won without suspense, “It’s over.”

But then he sensed that his attack had been obstructed and that the Geer was completely fine. Cairns’ pupils constricted, and he could not believe what he was seeing.

He only felt an intense pain on his tail, and when he looked at it, he found it in a bloody mess, with his dragon scales scattered all over the ground. He did not expect that Geer would use the same move as he did when he attacked.

Now, Cairns felt as if he was facing an overlord-level dragon, and he was like a child in front of Geer. Immediately after, Cairns felt a chill in his heart, knowing that he was completely unable to resist now.

“Awoo!” Geer made his move. He waved his sharp claws, and in an instant, a piece of Cairns’ flesh was clawed off.

Cairns tried to dodge as he said, “Brother, it seems that I have underestimated you. I can give you the position of first place, and I’m willing to be second place. Please show mercy and let me go.”

However, Geer ignored him. His merciless attacks landed on Cairns’ body which started to shatter layer by layer. Then, Cairnes was teleported out by the referees, and his body slowly faded away.

Cairns’ intestines were twisted with regret, “I didn’t expect to meet such a terrifying dragon. If I hadn’t encountered it just now, I might have been the second place, but now, sigh!”

...

However, just as Cairns left with regret, he saw that Geer’s body was fading away as well. This meant that the dragon race’s dragon whelp competition was over, so now he was in second place! Cairns was overjoyed and shed tears. At least he was in second place.

“It’s okay, it’s okay. I was scared to death. Second place is not bad either. It’s just unfortunate for me to have met such a monster,” Cairns was so happy that he wept.

Before challenging Cairns, Geer had challenged almost all the dragons in the entire alternate dimension. Due to Cairns’ aura being very restrained, Geer had found him last. Fortunately for Cairns, he had kept a low profile. If Cairns had been flamboyant, Geer would have challenged him long ago.

Now, Cairns had managed to survive to the end and secured second place.

Geer, on the other hand, had relied on his own strength to reach the first place. Cairns could only admit defeat before Geer.

With this, the dragon whelp competition ended. The dragons in the audience found it quite unbelievable. It had ended so quickly?

“It ended just like that? The previous dragon whelp competitions have never been this fast!”

“It hasn’t even been a day!”

“The dragon whelp competitions in the past took at least four to five days. This time, it’s only been a day. Damn, it’s terrifying!”
